Returns Policy

If the products you received do not meet your expectations returns/exchanges will be allowed within 30 days of purchase on items that are in original condition and are complete with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, promotional gifts (if any) and proof of purchase.  All authentic shipwreck coins and artifacts will be examined on a case by case basis for any tampering or damage.  Odyssey reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if we deem the seal on the coin encasement has been breached or the artifact has been altered in any way.  Refunds will be applied using the original payment method. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

To return your merchandise, please contact our customer service at 1-866- 404-4794 (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM EST) for the required  Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include this number on the outside of the package, and return to:

Once we receive confirmation that your merchandise has been returned, a refund will be issued to your account. If you have any further questions or concerns please call customer service.
